Tracy went above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be even at a property that needed staff training. I checked in and received a text from Tracy to make sure I was happy with the reservation. It was late at night when I arrived at the hotel but Tracy immediately got on the phone with me to see what the issues were at the hotel and resolved the problems with the front desk and hotel manager. I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Tracy and will leverage her services for all of my travel needs.
