Taylor was so helpful in helping us find the best spot for our getaway. Asking questions I wouldn’t have thought of to ensure she found the right resort, tours and transportation for us. Will definitely be utilizing her services for all of our trips, family and couples in the future.

Taylor was wonderful, she was able to provide a ton of value by booking with her. We received many benefits at the property that we would not normally be eligible for. She made the booking process extremely simple and quick. (We planned this trip 4 days prior to departure) She was even able to offer insight to the great things to do while we were in Chicago.

Taylor was awesome! She called the resort directly and got them to price match a lower rate we found online. We appreciated the early check-in and we didn't need a late check-out based on our flight time, but it was nice to have that option.

Taylor went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. She was easy to get ahold of, asked the right questions, provided us with multiple options, and followed up with us! When things didn’t go as planned (due to the unforeseen disasters in Maui), she helped us through it all and even reached out to the property to get us our requested refund. She is incredibly organized and really knows her stuff. Taylor was a pleasure to work with any we will be using her again to book our next family vacay!
