Travel is about experiencing new places, cultures, people, food and wine. I love to get off the beaten path and eat and drink locally, visit the markets, neighborhood squares and festivals. Being present and apart of where you are whether it's people watching at a side-walk café with appetizers and drinks or just a coffee, ziplining through the forest, deep sea fishing or whale/dolphin watching on a glass-bottom boat, snorkeling in a crater, or trying new foods at the market or food and wine festival makes for a a memorable trip no matter what. I believe in budget-friendly travel and experiencing as much as possible while still being able to enjoy and appreciate where you are.
