Sharon's customer service was top-notch! She was able to let me know how to navigate each step of the process from booking the cruise, parking suggestions and the smallest details of what line to find for anything I would need. For example, she knew where to send me to sign up for wifi and if we needed to change our dinner reservations, she told me to take care of it right away to avoid the long line. She was spot on on every detail!!
