I consulted with Sara about our trip to Disney and by the next day she presented me with all of the room options for The Swan Hotel, as well as The Dolphin and the Swan Reserve. She took care of the booking process which included an upgraded room through Fora. Upon arrival, we received a hand written card, a personal greeting from the manager and a coupon for a free bottle of wine. The process was seamless and certainly saved me a significant amount of time. I can’t recommend Sara enough after this trip. Our Disney experience was already booked by relatives, but next time I would trust her to plan our park and dining experiences (and anything else that she could help with). It gave us great peace of mind knowing that this was all taken care of for us by Sara and the Fora experience was top notch!
