Rossana was so helpful during our time planning the trip and also in giving us options for our trip. She was extremely clear and accurate in the types of places she recommended us and gave us not just a lot of options but a wide range in location and also in budget! She asked us multiple times what kind of trip we were envisioning, as well as if there was anything specific we would like (adults only, all inclusive, etc.). Whenever we would reply back with more information she was quick to respond with more options and different options then previously sent. The information she sent on the hotels was great, however she also gave us her personal opinions based on her research and other reviews she had seen regarding a few spots. She recommended certain areas based on what we wanted to get out of this trip and also helped in giving us some recommendations when it came to finalizing our choice, and also setting up transportation from the airport to hotel and back! Rossana was critical for us having a successful and relaxing trip and without her I do not think we would have had the amazing time that she helped make a reality! I will definitely recommend Rossana for any future trips we have planned and will 100 % reach out to her for my next trip!
