Rachel Hyams

Our experience with Rachel was absolutely wonderful, we can't recommend her enough! She was a tremendous help during during the difficult process of displacement from our home. She quickly booked us a suite at the Viceroy, which proved to be ideal. It's close to our home and extremely convenient, with a long list of amenities. She ended up getting us the suite at the rate of a single room, and made sure the room had a walk in shower in place of a bathtub shower, as we had hoped. When we arrived the staff made sure all our needs were met. Rachel was a true lifesaver! We will make sure she books all of our future travel.

Rachel planned the EXACT holiday I needed. I gave her the parameters and wishes for this trip and she more than delivered. She offered several locations and packages available to me, and helped me pick the perfect one. Rachel set it up so well, that when I checked in the manager said "she's very sweet and is taking such good care of you." What else is there to say?!

Rachel was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire booking process. I was traveling to Germany to run the Berlin Marathon and she was a life/trip saver! She coordinated roundtrip flights within my budget and identified a number of great hotel properties in proximity to the race. She did all the heavy lifting for me so I could fully enjoy the experience of being in Berlin (which I did!). She was thoughtful and timely with her responses to my questions, provided restaurant recommendations, and checked in on my first day to make sure everything was in order. I can’t recommend her enough, and plan to work with her again with I travel to Australia and London for future races!

Rachel was the perfect travel advisor. She offered us many options for our trip and helped us choose the perfect hotel. She got us perks including a room upgrade, included breakfast, and food/beverage credit. I’ve already started planning other trips with Rachel.
