Our group of 40 had the GOAT of cruises! Penny provided excellent customer service. Very informative and made this trip with ease. She took care of each one of our needs. We had a great time! Looking forward to another cruise!

There isn’t enough room to speak on how well Penny treated us. From the booking process, to preparing for the cruise, to helping us navigate the onboarding process, learning the ship and all of the amazing things to do and eat and drink, to how to debark and get off the ship. She had every detail laid out for us, made sure we had an amazing time, and always answered our questions. It was our first cruise so we were nervous and had no clue what to expect, but Penny made the entire experience so wonderful. Give that lady a raise - she deserves it!

Penny did a superb job at booking our entire cruise. She expertly covered all the bases with knowledge on every aspect! Her availability was superior! She kept her cool even after being bombarded with at least a million questions! Her patience was fabulous!! I would recommend Penny for any And all of your future travels! The goody bags she provided were so very thoughtful and extremely helpful in many ways! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Penny, and would travel with her again at some point!!!

Penny Evans did a fabulous job getting all the plans together for this cruise. She created a facebook page with all kinds of important and useful information for everyone in our group. Whether it was a first time cruise for some or repeat cruising for others, Penny was there to help with any questions we had. We felt extremely comfortable knowing that every little detail was taken care of. We will definitely be booking again with Penny!
