My wife and I are experienced travelers. Having worked with several travel/concierge agencies over the years, and having done quite a bit of travel planning on my own, I can confidently state that Nathan Mitchell is by far the best travel advisor we have worked with. Without hesitation, I recommend his services to anyone seeking prompt, personalized, and detailed travel planning. Nate is passionate about travel and he brings that passion to his clients' travel needs. Nate spends the time necessary to understand his clients' interests and travel limitations. In our case, Nate helped us develop a somewhat complicated 3 week European trip that spanned 4 countries. He carefully listened to our trip ideas and "must do wish list" to help us determine what we could (and could not) reasonably experience within the time frame and budget we established. Nate provided excellent recommendations for experiences we had not considered which turned out to be some of the best parts of the vacation! Nate carefully curated our hotel choices, all of which were excellent, and booked them all for us. We even received some surprise upgrades upon arrival! He helped us work out some complicated day itineraries and schedules; and even booked the specific rail travel to accommodate these itineraries. I couldn't have done this on my own without spending an inordinate amount of time. Frankly, Nate is better than other agencies we've used in this regard because he promptly provided itineraries, with options and recommendations. He willingly engaged in some time-consuming back and forth with us to help us decide on our best options. We very much appreciate his thoughtful guidance. Nate helped us with hiring cars when we needed them which greatly eased our travel and he even helped us with airport transfers which I don't enjoy dealing with any more when overseas. Nate's itineraries included thoughtful suggestions for each city we visited as well as some excellent food and drink recommendations. I must add that the trip was magnificent, due in no small part as a result of Nate's guidance. We enjoyed working with Nate so much, that we've already engaged him to plan an upcoming trip in just a few months. Nathan provides a Five-Star service for sure!

Nathan could not have been more responsive. He stayed in regular touch and followed up on every 'to do' in a timely manner. He gave great suggestions, and was helpful and friendly. I plan to use Nathan again in the future! I highly recommend him for planning travel.

I can highly recommend Nate as a travel advisor. He really took my budget into account as well as some other logistical considerations, and it was easy to choose between the great options he presented to me. Even in an area I've traveled to before, his assistance and expertise made my planning much faster and more fun. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about points/miles, and is great at explaining how to best earn and put them to use.
