Over the past 10 years, travel has taken me to more than 50 countries, including two road trips across the United States and an unforgettable adventure in Hawai'i. Along the way, I’ve lived in New Zealand, the UK, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Greece. Now, I call the tropical paradise of Mauritius home, where I embrace the beauty of the island and its vibrant culture. I enjoy life in Mauritius so much that I co-authored a book, where I contributed chapters about the island’s unique cuisine. The book, written in Polish, is a true reflection of my love for local flavors and culinary traditions.
