Minerva did an amazing job of helping us stay organize for our family trip. She also helped follow up a few days prior just to make sure everything went smoothly. She found out our room cabin numbers changed and helped correct it. Would definitely have Minerva book our next trip!

Minerva was very helpful in booking our cruise and kept me informed on what I needed to do before arriving at the pier. She made sure all of my questions were answered quickly. I usually book my own cruise but having an experience travel agent booking it for me made it easier for me. I just told her what I needed and the price range for the trip and she did the research to find me the best deals available and gave me a quote and I decided on the one I wanted. Simple!
