Melia answered all of my questions and certainly booked the right place for our family. She is great at spotting deals and pointing out good values. We were able to get an excellent rate for the weekend we travelled.

Outstanding attention to detail all the way through, and excellent research in finding this cruise line as an option to fit our needs for finances and schedules and destination. Timely touch points and information provided by Melia, as well as dining and excursion preferences attended on our behalf. I will definitely be using Melia Tipton again for future travel.

We had such a great experience on our trip to Florence and Rome, and so much of that was due to working with Melia! Choosing Florence as our location was a relatively last minute decision, and Melia worked closely with us to book a great hotel (Ad Astra on the south side of Florence was a perfect location and what an amazing space!) and plan out multiple experiences like the David and the Colosseum (underground) in Rome, with great recommendations around timing/specific tours/etc. Italy was also a new place for us to visit, so she helped with the logistics of travel as well, including what order to go in, how to get between locations, etc. Honestly — we would have been lost without the help, and she made a last minute trip feel like it was a perfectly planned adventure.
