Our travel advisor, Matt Dawes, was incredible to work with and our overall experience was easy and extremely enjoyable. He provided timely and clear advice when booking our stay in CDMX, and he was able to take care of all our preferences beforehand. Matt got our room upgraded with early check-in, and we had tasty deserts waiting for us in our room when we arrived on our mini moon. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and shopping in the Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. Already looking forward to our next booking with Matt!

Matt was part of the reason this trip was so incredible. His ability to work with the staff to make our honeymoon even more enjoyable was second to none. He was clear and direct in his communication and went above and beyond his expected services. While there were some small hiccups, Matt was responsive and eager to help at any hour of the day. His deep and intimate knowledge of the industry and passion travel is second to none. I will only work with him on any travel needs moving forward.
