Living in Florida and raising children 10 years apart, cruising has been at the heart of our family adventures, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and discovery. Marisel went above and beyond what I feel a "typical" travel advisor would do. She personally called the hotel and explained what a special day this was for us and negotiated perks that there is no way we would have received without her help! Also, we had a billing issue and we tried to get it fixed ourselves, but she took over and got it rectified immediately in what we couldn't do over few days. Having Marisel help us made our experience 100x's better than had we done this on our own. We are so grateful for her kindness, professionalism and expertise! I will absolutely use Marisel again for all my travel needs! What an advocate to have! Thank you, Marisel!

Without Marisol to encourage me and give me confidence about extending our 4-day Barcelona trip and finding the cruise which leaves the same day we checked out of hotel, we would have never gone. Her experience, help and guidance was invaluable.
