We were able to check-in early. Lori had notified the hotel and they were expecting us and had a room ready. Lori had arranged a few added amenities that were well received... and the breakfast was an absolute delight! Location, location, location! We could walk to everything we wanted to do. I'd book with Lori again without hesitation. She kept in touch and followed through with all her promises.
