I've now worked with Liz on a number of trips and she always makes sure we're taken care of. From welcome bottles or wine to club access, she makes sure every detail is covered. Highly recommend.

Liz was very helpful in planning our trip and always comes with great recommendations. We had issues with the hotel that were out of her control, and she followed up to get the issue resolved, including a credit to our bill. It was great to have an advocate when things went awry and the extra perks are always appreciated.

Liz was incredible. I had never used a travel agent before, and I don't see a need to ever use another one other than Liz. She recommended this property that wasn't even on our radar to begin with and it was a great fit for what we wanted. She helped organize our itinerary, provided recommendations on restaurants and activities, and checked in while we were on our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. I appreciated the little personal touches like her contacting the hotel before our arrival, welcome champagne in our room and cabana access. She was so patient with our questions and thorough in her research. I have already recommended her to friends!

Liz is fantastic! She was very responsive from start to finish. So pleasant to work with! And best of all, she somehow got us an early arrival time AND an upgrade to the Club level! And that Club level at the Ritz Carlton is amazing! It’s a huge perk and added a great deal to our stay!
