Lexy is who you want to go to for travel help!!! I asked her to give us options for Punta Cana and Cancun that were within our budget and kid-friendly and she gave 3 options for each location. She also coordinated our airport transfers. She always had clear communication even if it was to tell me she hasn't heard a response yet, very attentive to our needs and requests, and was so easy to work with. I asked her many questions as we were traveling with a baby (in room cribs, baby tubs, microwave, fridge, etc) and she was always able to get an answer for me. Lexy went above and beyond and made it stress-free for me to spend the best quality time with my family. Unbeknownst to me at the time, she even "worked" during her own honeymoon to get me resort answers. If that doesn't show her work ethic and commitment to satisfying her clients, I don't know what does!!!!

Lexy Lazas is absolutely the best travel agent we've ever worked with. We aren't typical clients. I would say we are demanding because we enjoy the 5 star experience and also, we change our plans based on what we feel like doing. Lexy was a sweetheart and did everything she could to accomodate us. We decided to eliminate some of our tours part of the way in since we booked them for too early and were enjoying sleeping in - Lexy took care of it. We didn't like Milan and decided to stay in St. Moritz for an extra day instead. Lexy found us an incredible hotel in St. Moritz and negotiated with the hotel in Milan for a refund for us due to some problems we experienced at the hotel. The hotel in St. Moritz that Lexy selected was 150% to what we love and we enjoyed their spas and outside walking stream tremendously. Lexy worked with me for about 6 months off and on planning a 15 day trip to Rome, Venice, Florence, Cinque De Terra, Pisa, Milan, Venice, Murano, St. Moritz and Paris. It was the vacation of a lifetime.... bucket list worthy. She did an incredible job recommending and also, allowing us to choose what we like - it was a great blend of her giving us ideas and letting us choose. I plan to use her for all of our travel needs in the future and I've already recommended her to several of my friends that enjoy 5 star travel experiences.

This us our first trip with Lexy. She was incredible every step of the way. She had champagne waiting for us at check in after a long day traveling. We changed our plans a few times before the trip and she was always kind and helpful. During the trip we had scheduled several water excursions but on the first one, we realized our 21 year old gets seasick so Lexy reached out to two vendors to cancel our boat trips and get us a full refund. Lexy is so sweet and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to book our next trip with her.
