Lauren was instrumental in planning our trip to Italy and Prague. Her thoughtful insight into what we would be interested in, be it a day trip or visiting unique sites, made our trip extraordinary. When we were confronted with an unexpected train strike in Italy, Lauren immediately informed us and re routed our trip to another destination complete with hotel bookings and transportation. The Fora App made traveling a breeze with an itemized itinerary complete with hotel confirmations, etc. Lauren's service is top notch ~ she even helped us with our trip insurance refund due to the train strike. I don't think I will ever travel abroad again without Lauren's help! Highly recommend.

Lauren did an excellent job on communicating through the booking process and gave us a number of great recommendations to choose from. Our entire trip was well organized, timing of flights was flawless and the choices of restaurants etc. showed how much research had been done in advance so we could make easy decisions!! Lauren could not have been more helpful. This was a last-minute -"Hey - maybe I should run this by Lauren" moment when I was unexpectedly tasked with finding lodging in Santa Barbara on short notice. Literally, within a few minutes, she had possibilities ready for me to choose from, and all were excellent ideas. She is a stress remover and makes booking look effortless. Plus, I was relieved and impressed with Lauren's follow-up with the hotel to make sure all was in order for my requested early check-in. Can't get better than that.
