I have never felt more taken care of on a trip. Every stop in Tanzania and Kenya was perfectly planned and handled before we even realized what we needed. We were met at the plane, walked through security, handed off seamlessly, and surrounded by people who were always ahead of the game. Every driver and guide knew our next step, had our documents in hand, and even kept meals ready if we were running behind. Outrageously smooth experience.

My experience with Lauren was superior. She made great effort to discover exactly what we wanted from our trip and then developed an itinerary that perfectly matched our interests, needs and our budget. In fact, when we found out about a change in the weather, Lauren was able to change several of our bookings at the last minute to accommodate the weather changes. It was a pleasure to work with Lauren and we found her to be very professional, insightful and communicative. We, in fact, plan to have Lauren book several more trips for us in the near future.

The Peru trip was fantastic, and we truly appreciate Lauren's help in planning it. The local guides were professional and friendly. Having them guide us and manage the more challenging aspects of the trip was incredibly helpful, especially with our kids being the age they are. All the hotels were excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The eco-resort in Ollantaytambo was a particularly good recommendation, as we were quite tired from the adventures, travel, and elevation, and it provided a perfect place to relax and recharge.

The Condor tours and transfers were great, and we were fortunate to have the same amazing driver, Alberto, and a private van for the entire duration. Humantay Lake was breathtaking! Our tour guide in Machu Picchu was excellent with the kids, sharing stories with great energy and knowledge. The Macchu Pichu train class was perfect for us, with comfortable armchairs and the moon roof.

I had a pleasure of working with Lauren Hulsey to plan a trip to Greece (Athens, Santorini) and Turkey (Cappadocia and Istanbul), I am beyond impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated throughout the process.
