All throughout our cruise she would check in, making sure we were have a pleasurable day. When we did encounter a snag on the cruise and reached out to her, Lauren answered us immediately. She contacted Norwegian and the issue was solved very quickly. The simplicity of using Lauren released us from the stress of trying to figure everything out and hoping we got it right. We had a great time booking with Lauren. I don’t think we would have been able to plan this trip without her. We had a couple issues with miscommunication about transportation when we were traveling but other than that we had a great experience.
