I enjoyed my experience working with Lauren! She was knowledgeable about the city which make it easy to trust her planning. What really made Lauren a stand out agent to me is she sprang into action when, 10 days out we had to add another person to our trip. She worked to find a new hotel to accommodate 5 people which isn't easy to do in Paris. She had to modify our schedule and tours to fit our new group size. She responded to emails quickly while we were away. I would work with Lauren again.

She GETS traveling with kids and only suggested properties that would make traveling with my little one comfortable and actually fun (while also making sure I'd enjoy it too!).
