Not only did she completely understand what we were looking for, she priced out multiple options for us to consider and shared alternate options that we weren't yet aware of. She was super informative with local considerations and ensured we had the exact room configuration we needed for our girls trip! Not only did she confirm all of our booking details making the planning process seamless, she also offered up booking transfers to and from the hotel which we hadn't thought of and made the airport experience easy breezy.
