Every property that she has recommended felt thoughtfully curated and visually stunning, but also comfortable and seamless to experience. The hotel she selected exceeded our expectations in both design and overall ambiance. Kiana helped us book the Thompson Madrid and it was exactly what we were looking for! The hotel had a really clean, modern design and felt totally aligned with our style. You can tell she put real thought into finding a place that matched the aesthetic we wanted.

The rooftop pool and bar had 360-degree city views, but somehow still felt serene and relaxing, which was exactly the vibe we were going for. She really understood what we wanted.

The location was amazing too. We could walk almost everywhere. She also arranged welcome pastries & fruit and a note from the hotel manager, which was such a thoughtful touch when we arrived.

Everything felt seamless from start to finish. We will definitely work with Kiana again for all of our trips!

Kiana was amazing to work with! She found us an incredible hotel for our first time in Paris. She was very thorough, sent plenty of options and was very responsive to questions. We absolutely loved the hotel we ended up at, it was in such a great location and had all the things we were looking for. I can’t wait to stay there again the next time we go.
