Ken is just a wonderful caring person in all aspects of his life. I am so thrilled he has taken on this next chapter. This is my first travel experience with Ken and he handled all aspects with such ease and professionalism. If he didn’t have the answer he knew where to find it instantly. I feel and I did have my personal concierge service. Have referred him to friends and he is already booking another trip for me.

Ken is a great travel agent and has booked several memorable trips for me, both in the U.S. and overseas. He’s understanding, resourceful and is ready to make changes on a moment’s notice. And throughout delays, cancelations, and the Newark Airport fiasco, Ken got me where I needed to go. He comes highly recommended by me, my family and my associates.

Ken Moore was our travel advisor and we could not be happier. He was able to help us with everything we needed on our trip to The Balloon Festival Albuquerque, October 2025. He was able to plan our hotel, our Festival tickets along with our balloon ride with the Rainbow Ryders Balloon Co. and arrangements to attend the breakfast club with the Rainbow Ryders Club. Ken arranged for us to attend the Gondola Club to view the evening events of skydivers releasing fireworks, Drone show, the Glow light of the balloons. Gondola Club also included dinner and drinks which were included in our admission price. It was breathtaking to view everything that evening.
Ken continued to arrange our Sandia Tramway trip the following day with reservations. Ken also mentioned we might like Old Town and the Albuquerque Museum. We did both of those two places and we loved both of them. I could go on and on about Ken, he arranged our whole trip.
Ken was attentive to our needs and made our trip uncomplicated for us.
We reach out to Ken 10 months before we even left for our trip. Ken took care of us along the way for everything.
