I was very overwhelmed by the thought of planning my first vacation with a baby, and so I decided to try out a travel agent for the first time. I am so glad that I did!! Katy was incredibly helpful from start to finish - the booking process was so much easier, and she took care of all of the details involved with traveling with a 6 month old. She really took so much of the stress out of the process. I cannot recommend her enough, and will certainly be using her services again in the future.

Working with Katy to plan our recent getaway was flawless. She is enormously committed, talented, and creative. Katy helped us structure our trip, plan the where-location and hotel-and book it. She was “on it” every step of the way. We debated the different “levels” of stay that Katy explained. As it turned out we went with the “high end” plan which actually ended up the most cost effective. Katy was sure to get us every upgrade available and we found ourselves on the Presidential floor with all kinds of perks! So I can’t recommend Katy more highly.

We loved working with Katy to plan our family trip to Madrid. Being our first time in Spain, we didn't know anything. Katy did a great job of helping us plan this trip. Her relationships with local travel companies in Spain resulted in us having incredible tours throughout the city of Madrid as well as the historic city of Toledo. I think what stands out about Katy is her professionalism, knowledge and most importantly she cares. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have an amazing experience. Thank you Katy! We had a wonderful trip to Madrid thanks to you.

I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Katy booking our recent trip to London and Paris! From the very beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what kind of experience we were looking for, and found hotels that were perfect for what we had in mind — great locations in charming neighborhoods, convenient to public transportation and restaurants, lovely amenities and charm. I entered the process fairly clueless, and Katy did a great job of presenting a range of options and explaining the pros/cons of each. She really helped me narrow in on what I wanted and then found the precise thing that matched my needs. Katy handled all of the booking and communication with the hotels to make sure our preferences were met, and confirmed everything before our trip so that nothing was left to chance. I felt entirely comfortable and confident both with her taste and ideas as well as her attention, and attention to detail, during the process.
