Working with Katrina made this whole experience enjoyable! The 15 mins we spent on the phone together was nothing compared to how long I would have researched and gone back and forth to make online reservations. When you work with Katrina she secured us nice perks and gifts which made the whole stay special. The $100 credit and $60 voucher for breakfast was such a fun treat to use.
