Karla was incredible in planning and coordinating the anniversary trip of my dreams. She was insightful, responsive, organized, and fun to work with! From the moment we stepped off the plane to the moment we got back on 10 days later, Karla made sure we were taken care of with car transfers, spa appointments, lunch and dinner reservations, room upgrades, etc! Karla is the yin to my yang. I always have a "vision" of the sort of place I want to stay, but I'm hopeless at decision making and being organized. Karla just "gets" me and I trust that she'll work with me (and my budget) to find the ideal accommodations while traveling. Upon returning from Colombia, I worked with Karla to book the perfect, quintessential Paris hotel for a special trip with my 15 year old sons first trip to the city. I will continue to trust her to help coordinating many future travel plans!
