Juli Hall

Juli helped plan a simply amazing trip to Portugal and Italy for our honeymoon. During every step of the process, she was a delight to work with - her positive and energetic personality coupled with great communication made for a very enjoyable experience. She helped us book the perfect boutique hotels and proposed creative activities and things to see that we couldn't have found on our own. When we had a flight issue on the way TO our honeymoon, Juli went absolutely above and beyond to help adjust our itinerary and coordinate with the local vendors/hotel to ensure a smooth late arrival. We have since referred Juli to a family member planning a trip to Europe this year because of what an incredible experience we had in working with her. We can't wait to plan our next big trip with the help of Juli!

Julie did an amazing job keeping us informed on the times to check in and how to get to the hotel. She was also very knowledgeable about hotel policies and how many guests per room.

Juli did an amazing job finding a place for 13 women on girls trip to Napa which is a challenging task. She suggested Silverado Resort which did a wonderful job accommodating us. When we arrived Juli and Silverado Resort had charcuterie boards, wine and a welcoming note waiting for us. The resort offered a variety of options for our large group including a spa, pickleball and great dining. When we were not at the resort Juli planned several fun days for us in and around the Napa area. The first day included a beautiful bus ride that took us to several wineries and on another day she arranged an e-bike tour through Napa that ended at a winery. Both were fun filled days that allowed us to see how beautiful the area is. She made the whole booking process easy helped us plan an amazing trip!

The experience booking our trip to a few cities in Portugal through Juli Hall was great. Juli is professional, resourceful, a good listener, considerate, effective & provids good value. She scheduled an initial appointment to get to know us a bit and review our travel interests, dates, likes & dislikes. Juli provided us with multiple choices and followed up with a wealth of information about the places we expressed interest in. She absolutely nailed the hotel and room choice at The Rebello for us. We could not have been more pleased with our accommodation. Juli also made activity recommendations and bookings for us in Porto & Duoro Valley and cared to listen to our feedback afterwards. She helped us hone choices down to a realistic selection of places and activities, leaving us time and space to explore on our own. We have food allergies and Juli was thoughtful enough to get a list from us and forward on to the hotel and any restaurant bookings she made for us. All places we stayed or dined, language was not a barrier, but having Juli pay attention to our food allergies helped her make good recommendations and prepared the service providers in advance of our visits. Juli also provided us with an application on our phones that laid out our itinerary and provided access to a wealth of information about the places and activities we might explore. She also provided phone numbers for contacts on the ground. Should we have an emergency, we felt secure that we could reach out to a local, English speaking, knowledgeable person for immediate help and not risk a 6-hour time difference delay between Portugal and the US for assistance. Juli must have a good working relationship with hotels, tour guides and her boots on the ground team to provide such excellent service. Sharing our adventure with friends and family after returning to the US, 5 of them asked if we would provide Juli's contact info should they want to plan a trip as they would value her assistance. I hope they follow up because Juli is not only a delight to work with, but she adds so much insight & value to the adventure! Bravo! We highly recommend Juli Hall to assist with your travel plans!
