As always, Jennifer finds the best hotel, and is able to leverage her travel agent status to make each trip and stay above and beyond what I could do on my own. She also has amazing contacts for tour guides, ground transportation and unique experiences. She is also there to make sure things go smoothly and if not, is able to quickly fix when the inevitable hiccup happens when traveling.

Jennifer was the best. We contacted her a little over a week before our trip. I knew the area and towns where we wanted to stay, but had nothing booked. Jennifer quickly created an itinerary of lodging and activities during the busy season for the best Italian vacation ever!! She set up the best guides for art and historical tours, booked cooking classes, plus winery, and olive oil tastings. All of our guides were incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and fun! From the minute we hired her, Jennifer was available and responded immediately to any questions or ideas we had. This did not change while in Italy. She helped mid trip when we wanted to make a change, and had questions. We highly recommend Jennifer and would not hesitate to use her again. Thanks again for a memory filled vacation for these two recent empty nesters!!

Jennifer always seems to know how to find the best places and values wherever I travel and this selection in San Francisco is a great example among the many others she has booked for me. I travel with dogs and finding a property that is updated in a great location can be challenging at times; she lets the property know when I will be arriving and my preferences, including that I have my two dogs with me and the staff is always prepared and has received this information from her. Also, she has been able to get me upgrades and special treatment at most of the properties she has booked for me so it feels like I am a VIP visiting. I don't pay any more at the properties for having her arrange this travel and there is always at least a few perks when she books rather then me booking directly.
