Jen is so professional and knowledgeable! She found us multiple hotel options that met our requirements. I accidentally gave her the wrong dates for our trip, and it was only because of her excellent attention to detail that we realized my mistake. She had to rebook us at the last minute, but pulled off a minor miracle and found us a great hotel room anyway. She also was able to offer us some upgrades and benefits I would not have had access to on my own. I will definitely be working with her again!
