Jen was incredible from start to finish! She provided many options for our trip so I could make the best decision. She was always available and replied to emails and texts promptly. When the weather had derailed some of our plans, she immediately called the hotel and changed our dates along with moving all of our excursions. I didn’t have to worry about one thing! I told her I would have been lost without her. I will use Jen for every vacation going forward!
