My guests and myself were so impressed with all the details of the villa and the kind of care and attention that we received from all their services, as well as the work Jeff put in to make this easy and seamless! Upon arrival, Four Seasons were able to honor the lower price that was listed in a previous email, AND we were upgraded to a 5 bedroom beach front villa! What a treat!!!! I know this could not have been possible without Jeff, and I am so so grateful for his assistance the whole way through. I appreciated the sweet note Jeff left with the welcoming beverages -- honestly, this was the BEST vacation I'd ever had, and I hope to do it again year after year with Jeff's aid!

My wife Trish and I had a trip to the British Isles on our bucket list for quite some time. Not only was Jeff able to select a cruise that addressed all our bucket list items but as it turned out, he had been on this exact Viking British Isles Explorer London (Greenwich) to Bergen cruise itinerary. This gave us incredible insight to what awaited us as Jeff was able to provide firsthand knowledge of what to expect. In addition, as this was our first Viking Ocean Cruise, Jeff made sure we were aware of all the benefits to ensure we maximized all the opportunities the itinerary offered. He continued to follow up throughout the process from the time of booking to reminding us of when it was time to book shore excursions and restaurant reservations, to the details of ensuring we received everything needed from Viking right before departure. We cannot say enough about the knowledge and support Jeff provided that made this a truly amazing journey!
