Jacqueline is my go to travel advisor. I’ve used her advisory more times than I can count at this point. My most recent trip was a girls’ trip to Paris, something that was long awaited after a difficult year. She made the trip so memorable and special and she nails every detail. She goes beyond her scope of “responsibility” that a normal advisor would provide, and this is her differentiator. My flight to Paris was delayed then canceled, and although my flights were not Jacqueline’s responsibility, she called me immediately when I told her I wouldn’t make it to my hotel on time. In real time, she urgently searched for alternate flight paths that would get me to Paris on time. This is just one example of how Jackie goes above and beyond. Of course when we arrived at the hotel, she left a sweet and thoughtful note and treat for us which was a nice welcome. Thank you Jacqueline for being so organized and diligent, but most of all giving me peace of mind when I travel.
