Holly was wonderful!! She was so receptive to our wants and requests and made booking this trip so easy. Holly handled everything from booking the resort to ensuring we had someone greet us at the airport and help us with security, check in, and our bags. She answered all of our questions during and after the booking process and made this so seamless. Having Holly available really took so much stress out of this and was so worth it! We will be coming back to Holly for all future travel!

Holly was amazing! I proposed to my now fiancée on this trip and Holly was so helpful with planning the trip and proposal. Everything went off without a hitch. Holly is very approachable and always made time for any questions I had. Holly was very invested in this experience for myself and my Fiancée and it was the trip of a lifetime. Having Holly help with the proposal was the 2nd best decision I made during the entire process! (the first asking my Fiancee to marry me)

Holly Wasserman was a pleasure to work with. After understanding our budget and desired location in Lake Como, she quickly sent us links to properties to review. After choosing Hotel Villa Flori which was one of her recommendations, she was able to secure us a lake-view room with a large balcony which was quite the surprise at check in. Upon getting to our room, we found a welcome/birthday gift from her complete with champagne and fruit and a lovely card. We could not have asked for more. We have worked with Holly previously and will continue to for all future vacations.

Holly is absolutely exceptional! She is incredibly attentive, a great listener, and handles everything with ease, no matter how chaotic it may seem. We started planning this vacation late (my fault), and I gave Holly a list of places we wanted to explore, along with experiences we were hoping for. Since we weren’t comfortable driving on the opposite side of the road, she took all this scattered information and turned it into an extraordinary trip we will remember for a long, long time. From hikes and train rides to car services, bike tours, and stunning hotels, everything was flawlessly organized by Holly. We were celebrating my partner’s 65th birthday, and at every stop, she arranged thoughtful gifts and cards to make it even more special. She is truly remarkable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
