Our hotel booking experience with our travel advisor, Hannah Hatch was absolutely exceptional! From start to finish, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Hannah planned our family " trip of a lifetime" from start to finish and it couldn't have been more perfect. From the very beginning, Hannah really listened to our travel goals for this very special vacation, thoroughly researching every detail, answering all of our questions and communicating with us often with amazing professionalism. She helped create a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation for everyone on the trip, grandparents to teens. She was able to recommend and schedule so many wonderful excursions and have the perfect relaxation time at a beautiful resort. Her recommendations for dining, local experiences, and hidden gems (many of which we never would have discovered on our own) added so much depth to the trip. Her attention to detail was so impressive. Every reservation, transfer, and excursion was flawlessly coordinated. She provided a day by day itinerary complete with contact information. Thanks to her foresight and research into every possible problem or concern, we felt relaxed, well-prepared, and able to fully enjoy this vacation that far exceeded our expectations. Hannah was a dream to work with! From the very beginning where we were still choosing a vacation location until after we finished our amazing trip, she was always available and helping us down to the last detail! She’s very warm and easy to work with and willing to answer questions or research anything that’s needed. We had a fabulous trip to Turks and Caicos and so thankful Hannah was there to make it happen!

Hannah was incredibly helpful and efficient. We shared with her what we hoped for in a Baby moon and she delivered. She narrowed down a range of options to choose from and presented them in a very clear and helpful way. We were able to easily narrow down where we wanted to stay and she took care of the rest.
