With only 2 days notice, Hailey hooked me up with a WONDERFUL hotel stay, in which she not only recommended a lovely property, but also go me a complimentary upgrade and a $100 USD spa credit (*basically a free massage). On top of that, I was in need of a private driver which Hailey arranged with the hotel. She was attentive before, during, and after the stay, which I really appreciated.
