Folashade was extremely efficient with planning and coordination of our trip details. We missed our connecting flight due to an airline snafu and she was able to work with the hotel prior to our arrival the next day to add on a night at no extra cost. Folashade is great about offering activity and dining suggestions and helping with bookings. I will continue to use her exclusively for my upcoming trips.
