Travel Style
I grew up in Hungary and developed a passion for travel early on. At 18, I moved abroad and have been exploring new destinations ever since.
Today, I live in the Netherlands and have traveled extensively across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, visiting many of the hotels and destinations that I recommend to my clients.
Alongside Noboru Travel, I also work as a Senior Program Manager in cloud computing at the world’s biggest public cloud provider, a role that sharpened my ability to manage complex projects, organize details, and ensure everything runs smoothly—skills that translate perfectly into planning high-end travel experiences.
Whether you’re planning a luxury European getaway, a Japanese cultural journey, an Iceland road trip, or an African safari, Noboru Travel is here to ensure every detail is just right.

Eva always takes care of the smallest details and makes sure the experience is highly personalized. Our dog got a special welcome on this trip as well which was a particularly nice touch. Will definitely work with her again.

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl Hotel Review, Austria
Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is set on a quiet lake just outside Salzburg, with a calm, traditional feel rather than anything flashy. The service is thoughtful and especially accommodating if you’re traveling with a dog or children. The design leans classic and aristocratic, which suits the historic building. There’s plenty to do on-site, from spa treatments to seasonal activities and lake walks. It’s an easy choice if you want a relaxed stay with a strong sense of place.

Passalacqua Lake Como Hotel: Review of the Iconic Luxury Stay on Lake Como
On the quiet western shore of Lake Como, in the small village of Moltrasio, Passalacqua is one of the most intimate and elegant hotels on the lake. Housed in a restored 18th-century villa, the property opened as a hotel in 2022, but has a history that stretches back centuries. With only 24 suites spread across three buildings, the place feels less like a traditional hotel and more like a private aristocratic estate overlooking the lake. Everything here revolves around the Italian idea of "villeggiatura"; slow summer living, long lunches, and time spent enjoying the landscape rather than rushing through it.

Amanjena: A Calm Escape in Marrakech
Aman has become one of the most respected names in hospitality—not because of size, but because of its philosophy. Since opening its first resort in 1988, the brand has focused on privacy, space, and an almost invisible style of service. Every Aman property looks different, but the approach is the same: natural materials, soft architecture, and a feeling that the resort is part of its location, not placed on top of it. For many travelers, staying at an Aman isn’t just a hotel choice. It’s a way of traveling that prioritizes peace, privacy, and simplicity at the highest level.

andBeyond Punakha River Lodge: Generosity in Every Detail
I often say that true luxury isn’t about excess; it’s about generosity. Generosity of time, of space, of experience. During my stay in Bhutan, andBeyond Punakha River Lodge embodied this idea more clearly than almost any lodge I’ve visited. Set in one of the country’s most fertile valleys, this is a place that doesn’t compete for your attention. Instead, it quietly gives you more than you expect: more moments outdoors, more thoughtful experiences, more ease in how your days unfold. As part of the andBeyond portfolio—a brand long associated with immersive, place-driven travel—Punakha feels like a natural extension of their philosophy, translated beautifully into a Bhutanese context.

Six Senses Thimphu: Where Attention to Detail Is an Art Form
I’m drawn to places that don’t just look beautiful but actually feel like they care—not in scripted ways, but in gestures you notice when you stop paying attention. My recent journey through Bhutan took me to Six Senses Thimphu, a property that embodies this idea in surprisingly complementary ways.

Bhutan: A Quietly Transformative Destination
Some places you simply visit. Others, you feel. Bhutan belongs firmly to the latter. One of the last remaining Buddhist kingdoms, tucked between China and India, it had an impact on me I hadn’t anticipated. There’s a depth and calm to Bhutan that’s hard to put into words - subtle, powerful, and quietly transformative. It’s a destination that naturally resonates with travelers who value meaning as much as beauty. The country offers a rare balance: deep-rooted culture through Buddhist temples and centuries-old fortresses, nature in the form of multi-day trekking routes as well as shorter hikes suitable for day trips, and a culinary scene that feels refreshingly distant from Western customs. Everyday life is simple and grounded, yet hospitality and luxury are delivered at the highest level—thoughtfully, never loudly.

Curated Guide to Marrakech: A 5-Day Itinerary
Marrakech is a city of contrasts—quiet riads hidden behind heavy doors, vibrant souks that never seem to slow down, refined dining just steps away from simple street stalls, centuries-old traditions meeting contemporary design. It’s a place people tend to react to strongly: you either feel instantly drawn in, or you decide one visit is enough. For me, the city left a lasting impression. Not in an obvious way, but in layers, the rhythm, the textures, the moments in between. I hope sharing my experiences gives you a sense of Marrakech beyond the clichés, and perhaps nudges you to experience it on your own terms one day. Below is the 5-day itinerary I’d recommend if you want to see the city through a more considered lens.

A Home in Stockholm: The Subtle Magic of Ett Hem
Ett Hem—meaning “a home” in Swedish—lives up to its name in the most authentic and understated way. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was not a typical hotel stay, but rather an immersion into a refined, deeply personal world of hospitality. While it takes a moment to adjust to Ett Hem’s rhythm—there are no formalities, no signs, no hotel-like structure—once you settle in, it’s impossible not to be enchanted.

A First-Timers Guide to Stockholm
Some places don’t need time to win you over—they just feel like home from the first hour. Stockholm did that to me when I first had the chance to visit the Swedish capital back in December 2023. Since then, I’ve been back regularly to the land of ‘fika’ , ‘kanelbullar’, ABBA, and the Nobel Prize, with each trip deepening my interest and knowledge in Swedish culture. Stockholm draws you in quietly: good design that serves a purpose, nature braided into daily life, and an easy hospitality that makes a travel advisor’s job a pleasure.

Forestis: An Outstanding Experience in the Dolomites
Forestis is much more than a luxury hotel tucked away in the Dolomites — it’s a retreat built around the philosophy of pure, healing energy from nature. "Outstanding" is the word that might come close enough to describe Forestis. The level of attention to detail, the quality of service and everything around it made my experience truly extraordinary.

Site Inspection: Hotel Providence, A Boutique Gem in Paris, France
In February of 2025, I stayed at Hotel Providence in Paris. The customer service is outstanding at this property, from the proactive concierge to the reception and hotel manager. I would stay here again and highly recommend this boutique hotel for couples' and girls' trips.
