I had a great experience booking with Erica. She found me a perfect hotel that matched exactly what I was looking for within my price range, and was very communicative about options. The booking process itself was fast and stress free. She was also attentive and followed up during the trip to ensure that everything went according to plan. They even arranged to have a special, complimentary gift delivered by the hotel to my room. Would recommend to anyone looking for a travel advisor!

We were not sure where to stay in Porto and had never been to Portugal. Our travel advisor, Erica, asked us about our likes and interests and picked the perfect location for us to be able to walk to all the sights. She also recommended several amazing restaurants, that we loved, as well as some beautiful vineyards for us to visit. She really went above and beyond to make our trip a once in a lifetime experience.
