My travel agent was very helpful. She explained all the details prior to our arrival, and made it very clear do not hesitant to call her for anything concerning our booking and our stay. We received a lovely bottle of wine in our room complementary from her as well. In the future we will call Elaine Kluve for any travel ideas we have, and let her handle the details for us. Its a hassle free travel experience. Thank you Elaine for a wonderful weekend in beautiful Carmel.

Elaine was wonderful to work with. She listened to what we were looking for out of our trip and was respectful of our budget. She was able to offer excellent insights on the best areas to stay in, and reduced the endless amount of lodging options to a shortlist of options that fit our needs. Working with her cut down on the hours of research so we were able to simply show up and enjoy our trip.

Elaine planned our whole Portugal itinerary and did a great job by providing me with exactly what I asked for and some added suggestions, including accommodations, transportations and activities and day trips in 3 seperate locations. It was seamless and went off without a hitch.
