From the very moment we spoke about securing accommodation at the last minute, DeShenell eased my nerves and reassured me that "I have you and will take care of your needs!" Within 15 minutes, not only did she search for the hotel, the room at British Colonial Hotel was secured and on hold for me!.....absolutely AMAZING! The payment process was carried out in no time flat and my confirmation emailed to me for a total of 25 minutes (it would have been sooner had I not been preoccupied) DeShenell also followed up to see if everything met with my approval of which I was extremely pleased.
