Booking via Connie provided us a spectacular stay (and I earned Hyatt points)! She worked during a weekend to make our reservation, and saved me a bit of money. We got an upgraded room, lounge access, and extra food credit. We used the lounge 3 times, just to relax. Had fancy breakfast (trout roe on my benedict) both mornings. Got milkshakes, and cheesecakes, to-go, with the food credit for my "kids" (well, young-adults who live there). And the chocolate covered strawberries in our room were a hit! Thank you for ALL of that!

Connie has been the best and truly helped us plan the perfect honeymoon. We started brainstorming for this trip a year ago and changed our minds so many times, but she worked with us through it all and everything turned out better than we could have ever imagined! We have worked with her on an international trip before, and fully intend to work with her again on any future trips!

We had an overnight flight delay due to summer thunderstorms. Connie is very knowledgeable on Amex trip delay insurance policies that came with my credit card and was able to assist me in knowing how much the policy covered and what paperwork I needed as the airline was not providing reimbursement because my flight cancellation was due to weather. She was able to find me a nice hotel room within the reimbursement budget and we were off and leaving the airport to a bed in no time.

Connie and team are excellent and a great find for us. We plan to use them a lot as we retire and travel in the next few years. Very responsive and they always come through with great recommendations at great prices.
