Claire did a great job getting us a room on very short notice. She was also able to get us a late check out and early check in which helped us out so much!

Claire was awesome. We were planning pretty last minute and we are also being a bit indecisive and she rolled with it and was super quick to give us responses and information - even with the 5 hrs time difference in Hawaii. She brought this hotel to our attention and I’m so happy she did. It was totally our style. We also arrived to a lovely fruit platter and Prosecco which made a long day of travel with a 4 year old better! She checked in towards the end of our trip and was able to get us a late check out which was huge for us. We would love to work with her again in the future.
