Our travel advisor Cindy Lu only had a week to help us plan out our trip to Hawaii. It was a special trip for us because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and birthdays. Cindy did an amazing job. We gave her an idea of the types of things we enjoy doing as a family, our interest, and a budget. She came back with suggestions and recommendations that were just spot on for us. She booked all our stays and few excursions. The resorts were luxurious and Cindy got us amazing perks that we would not have been able to get otherwise. We highly recommend Cindy.

Our travel advisor Cindy Lu was a pleasure to work with. We met with her and provided an idea of the things we enjoy doing as a family. For our stay at Kauai, Cindy recommended that we go tubing. She felt that we would enjoy it very much but we were nervous to book this excursion since we did not swim. We also thought it might not be safe for our 5-year son. Knowing our hesitation, Cindy looked into our safety concerns and provided videos/ reviews to reassure us that we would be completely fine. She was absolutely correct and it was one of our highlights from the trip! Cindy knew that we would be celebrating our wedding anniversary at Kauai. We had not asked her to do anything special for it, but she took it upon herself to look into various ways for us to celebrate. It was very sweet and thoughtful. Cindy even remembered the date and texted us happy anniversary. Its the small touches that can make a difference in trip/ celebration. Cindy added a lot of special touches to our trip/ celebration that we will never forget our time at Kauai.
