Celine is a delight. She is very responsive and elevates your trip to make you feel like a VIP. We enjoyed how she put our plans into a cohesive itinerary so we could refer to it as we were traveling. Everything was there; our flight, hotel, restaurant reservations and museum tickets. Celine encouraged us to splurge for this property and it did not disappoint. She handled our transportation from Lisbon to Porto and then a driver from Porto to and from hotel. All seamless. She coordinated all of our activities. There was so much to squeeze in to our short stay but it felt much longer and we were all so relaxed.
