Celestial is absolutely amazing. I’ve never used a travel agent before and now I am so glad I did. She provided us with the most amazing activity ideas and reservations. Her itinerary was perfectly personalized to our family and our interests. And even though we had a 12 hour time difference at our destination, she always replied back to us immediately! I would highly recommend booking any trip with her! Looking forward to working with Celestial again.

I was referred to the hotel by Celeste, and she was able to get us an early check in, complimentary access to the spa facility and restaurant credit for dinner!! Celeste was a tremendous help in arranging everything and reaching out to the resort when we had an issue during my birthday dinner. The situation was quickly addressed by the Front Office Manager and hotel manager, Alberto and Salvatore, who took excellent care of us and also invited us back to their signature restaurant for a better experience.

Celestial was wonderful, every thing we asked for in a one night stay hotel within our budget she found in this hotel ; free shuttle, 2 beds, close to airport. I just don't think she knew that the hotel was pretty outdated.

Celeste is THEEEEEE BEST! She was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable about everything you need to know about traveling especially internationally. Celeste is very kind and understanding to our last minute changes to our planning. I highly recommend everyone having Celeste plan your dream trip for you and your loved ones!

So happy with this booking from Celestial, she even surprised us with a macaroon and fruit platter in the room with a thank you card to start off the trip on such a great note!
