Caroline went above and beyond to ensure our trip needed our needs. She was engaging and helped us narrow down our search to find a resort that best suited our needs. When I return flight got canceled on the way home. She was quick to offer her help to find a solution.

Our final two nights of our honeymoon we were looking for a place to stay in Rome and Caroline offered up several options. We loved one of the boutique hotel options and we worked with her to get this booked. She worked fast and provided confirmation of the booking and then prepared everything within an app so I could see all the important details of the trip in one place. She is skilled at communicating — so friendly and helpful and we loved our stay at the hotel she found us!

When our plans changed and we needed an additional night in Florence I turned to Caroline. The Airbnb I had booked wasn’t available for a third night and I was looking for a place that was comfortable and close to the train. Caroline sent me several options, but we worked together to find the one that was a fit and she helped to book this hotel. We found the hotel to be spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds. We enjoyed her advice and guidance very much!
