Carol helped us every step of the way. While I planned much of our trip, I relied heavily on the valuable info provided by Carol and I was not disappointed. She responded timely to requests as I revised our plans. She let us know what to expect for each experience. She booked our tour in Florence and some of our transportation. She actually saved us when our driver was not at the airport in Milan waiting for us, as the plane was late. She was immediately responsive and arranged another ride for us. She also went out of her way to find us an English speaking guide at the Moto Guzzi Museum when all tours were to be in Italian. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Carol was so helpful I’m finding out stay! She is so knowledgeable on the neighborhoods in Rome and was able to recommend an area that fit our needs. She went above and beyond to help us navigate transport to and from the hotel and gave recommendations for sites to see in the city. Carol was able to help determine what was a “good deal” and navigate neighborhoods to determine the best fit. I loved that she handled all the booking and confirmations, we just had to show up. She also helped narrow down options that had 100% refunds in the event our trip was disrupted, I hadn’t thought to look for that. So responsive and available to help with any questions we had.
