Carol was very attentive to what I wanted while giving me great tips. She thought out of the box and showed us a far better option that offered better accommodations while saving us a couple of hundred dollars. I won’t hesitate to check with Carol the next time I travel.

A free room upgrade. Breakfast provided as a perk. Just a couple of the benefits we got from booking 2 rooms at the Grand Hyatt through Carol. I love planning trips and, until recently, never even considered using a travel agent. Now, I look back at my past trips and wonder what I missed from not having one. I still invest the same amount of time planning (because I love it), but now I have a partner that can get things that I can’t. Carol will always be my first contact when I want to take a trip.

My trip planner knew how to put the "cream and cherry on top" of my Fall adventure. The Inn was a wonderful experience in every way. It was, indeed, a resort that provided excellence throughout my stay. I loved coming home to the Inn each day -- the warmth of a cozy fire, fantastic view and Bose radio music. Thank you for reserving this place.
