In addition to having traveled to over 115 countries, I have also lived abroad in Costa Rica, Greece, Spain, the United Arab Emirates and Puerto Rico. A true adventurer at heart, I thrive on unique, non-touristy experiences that immerse me in each place’s authentic culture. I specialize in connecting my travelers with people and places I know firsthand, ensuring attention to detail and quality service. Passionate about creating Elevated Escapes, I’m all about adventure, food (gluten-free foodie here!) and architecture, and I love connecting with locals in small group settings. Brandee and I communicated about neighborhood, pricing, and comfort level (did I want an American-brand/style hotel like a Marriot or a local, more inexpensive option) and looked at a few options. Art Factory was a great choice for my needs and we got it booked and the information completed/obtained easily.

Working with Brandee was a great experience. She created our room block and gave us updates intermittently throughout the booking period which made it easy for us to ensure our guests booked before the block closed.
She was flexible and a joy to work with.
She even surprised us with an upgraded room for our wedding weekend.

I would rate a 4.5. I really enjoyed calls and talking with Brandee but based on her schedule and mine it took a long time to get some arrangements made. Brandee research allowed me to fly Delta, a preferred airline and all arrangements were done well. She checked on my arrival and flights once I arrived which was a nice gesture. Her recommendations of hotels and area in Japan were invaluable.

Brandee was fantastic to work with as my travel advisor. I mentioned I needed something convenient to both LAX and Long Beach, and she totally understood the assignment. She found and booked the Bluestem Hotel in Torrance—which turned out to be the perfect fit. Even with the last-minute timing, she delivered exactly what I needed: a stylish, comfortable hotel with free parking and a great location.
